Ecommerce

At Tin Shack, our Ecommerce and Digital Marketing team is dedicated to driving growth for the brands we distribute. With expertise in building and managing websites on Shopify Plus, our skilled professionals ensure an optimized and user-friendly shopping experience. We enhance customer engagement through targeted email marketing campaigns powered by Klaviyo and build trust with authentic customer feedback using Yotpo for product reviews.
Our social media specialists craft tailored strategies to amplify brand presence and foster community engagement across various platforms. Logistics/Warehousing

With a warehouse space of nearly 100,000 square feet across three Collingwood facilities, efficiency is key in our logistics operations. On average, we can flex our team to unload 8-10 containers within a 3–5-day window, while still maintaining our commitment to retail partner order fulfillment.
Currently we use SAP to receive inbound containers as well as for pick/pack purposes. SAP and scanner technology allow us to lay out our warehouses in a predetermined picking order to provide the most efficient route a picker travels to pick orders.
We offer comprehensive international shipment brokerage services, handling customs clearance, documentation management, freight coordination, regulatory compliance, and leveraging our national network to ensure efficient and reliable shipping solutions.
In addition to our core warehousing and logistics functions, we provide critical support across departments. This includes people power and space allocation for special projects, as well as direct delivery services for Ontario retailers.

Marketing

Our primary objective is to build brand awareness, engage customers, and ultimately drive sales. We work closely with retail partners and consumers alike, ensuring that every marketing touchpoint reflects the quality and identity of the brands we represent, including Blundstone and glerups.
From supporting our retail partners with design of in-store and window displays to providing digital training through platforms like ENDVR.io, we are dedicated to maximizing the visibility and sales potential of our brands.
Our team works closely with the brands we distribute, holding frequent strategy sessions to align on market positioning, creative direction, and campaign execution. Whether it’s launching a new product, amplifying a global campaign, or supporting brand messaging on key topics like Environmental Social Governance (ESG), we ensure that the look, feel, and voice of our brands are consistent across all touchpoints.
