President & CEO
For 25 years Tim Stacey has led Tin Shack as President and CEO, guiding the company with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to continuous improvement. Under his leadership, Tin Shack has grown and innovated while maintaining the warmth and personal touch of a small business.
Tim is known for his forward-thinking approach, always seeking ways to elevate the company, foster a collaborative environment, and prioritize strong relationships with both employees and customers.
Kate McLoughlin
Director, Marketing & Communications
As the Director of Marketing & Communications, Kate McLoughlin has been a key figure at Tin Shack for six years. Her strategic approach and collaborative mindset keep the team moving forward at a fast pace, with a focus on promoting standout brands like Blundstone and glerups.
Catherine Lalonde
Senior Manager, Customer Experience
As the Senior Manager of Customer Experience at Tin Shack, Catherine Lalonde brings expertise and experience to her role as she has worked with well-known brands before joining Tin Shack. Known for her strong sense of collaboration and the positive impact she has on the team, Catherine (aka Cat) plays an integral role in enhancing customer interactions and satisfaction.

Senior Manager, Ecommerce & Digital
With a decade of experience in Ecommerce, Rachael O’Brien leads Tin Shack’s digital strategy as the Senior Manager of Ecommerce & Digital. In her two years with the company, she’s been a driving force behind digital initiatives proving she is never standing still. She has helped and continues to enhance the online experience for customers and staff.

Leo Baulke is a dedicated Senior Manager of Supply Chain at Tin Shack. Leo came to Tin Shack after years of experience in ensuring seamless operations and efficient collaborations.
